Welcome to the Kitchen
Around here, we do things a little differently.
Every kitchen has its own personality.
Ours begins with two simple words:
What if?
CRAFTING NOTE: While liquor is used in the preparation of our fudge, the alcohol content is cooked out during the process. Only the distinct, rich flavors remain.
What if whiskey-smoked sugar met fine chocolate? What if smoked salt found its way into fudge?
What if bourbon, Irish cream, limoncello, or schnapps turned an ordinary recipe into something extraordinary?
Most people start with the rules. We start with curiosity.
Around here, we don't think about
whether a flavor will work.
We put it in the pan and find out.
Sometimes it becomes a House favorite,
like Angel Wing or Rocky Maple Surprise.
Sometimes, it doesn't come together,
so we laugh, learn something new, and start another batch.
That's the joy of creating.
The best recipes aren't discovered by following someone else's path.
Here, they're created by simply asking... What if?
Heritage Collection
The good stuff has a history and is meant to be carried forward.
The Heritage Collection is Moo Yah's collection of the familiar things
we love to make and share—fudge, cookies, and cakes.
Some recipes are old friends, some are new takes on familiar favorites,
but all of them have that “I've had something like this before” feeling.

Our Smoke flavors came out of "What If ?" sessions.
Even we couldn't anticipate how delicious they would be!

Every now and then, we make something that makes us stop and say, "Oh, my!" Those creations find a home here.
